This Matcha smoothie is a tropical, fruity concoction that’s nutritious, refreshingly delicious, and doesn’t separate in the refrigerator.
Makes 2 smoothies.
- 1 Tbsp Organion Matcha
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2.5 Tbsp agave nectar, or sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup frozen pineapples
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup ice
- Small pinch salt
- In a blender, blend all ingredients together on high-speed, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
