A potent pick-me-up for those cool summer nights, our Matcha Ginger Tea has a mild, yet pleasant bite that pairs well with the rich flavor of Matcha.
Makes one 12-oz. serving.
- 1 tsp Organion Matcha
- 1 ½ cups Filtered Water
- 2 tsp Ginger, sliced
- 1 Lemon
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add ginger and simmer for 20 minutes, then strain.
- Spoon Matcha into a large mug. Add a little bit of the ginger water and whisk briskly to combine. Add the rest of the ginger water and whisk again.
- (Optional) Add a few squeezes of lemon and/or sweetener for taste.
